If you are in a chain, it is important to inform us before hiring our removal services. This will ensure that we aware of the possibility of a last-minute change in your moving date
Top Tip: How To Select Movers & Vans – if your move is on a big scale with heavy bulky items, you will need minimum 2 porters & maybe multiple vans, our moving experts will contact you after receving your inventory & advice you. If your inventory is up to 10 light items ground floor to ground floor you may select 1 Mover 1 Van (I’m happy to help!).

Timeframes & Arrival Estimates – During peak hours, we might plan moves with a designated time frame for the van's arrival, for example, between 1:00 and 6:00 pm. The courtesy 30 minutes call before arrival is a thoughtful touch that enhances customer service by keeping the client informed and prepared for the van's arrival. Any fines incurred due to insufficient parking will be the customer's responsibility. Our driver will collect the fine at the end of the job if necessary. Preparing in advance avoids this.

Please remove any obstacles from pathways and walkways. Clear access allows our team to move your belongings safely and efficiently.
