1. Parking Arrangements:
As stated in our terms and conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable parking arrangements for our van. This can be done by either reserving a space outside your property (minimum 3-car length), borrowing cones from the local police station, or arranging a suspension or permit with the local council. Failure to do so may result in inconveniences during our service.
2. Ticket Liability:
If our van receives a parking ticket due to the lack of pre-arranged parking, it will be the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of the fine. The driver will collect the fine amount from you at the end of the job.
3. Clear Pathways and Walkways:
To ensure smooth navigation throughout your property, we kindly request that all pathways and walkways are clear of any obstacles such as furniture, debris, or other items that may impede our movement.
